Hi everyone

We have a patient who has been found to have a large pneumathorax with ? tear and fistula after NG insertion. I have only just found out which is a wee bit frustrating. It seems since that tube she has had 2 further tubes and suspected other attempts. They are still NG feeding.

I have never come across this complication although knew there was a risk.

Does any one have any experience surrounding this and any advice please?
