The British Journal of Nursing Awards were held on Friday 8th March 2019 at the Shakespeare Underglobe in London.
The glittering ceremony presented shortlisted candidates from a range of nursing categories.
The Nutrition of the Year Award was designed for a nurse who goes above and beyond. The nurse who puts patient care at the heart of their role. The nurse who inspires and drives the profession and as such the nurse who deserves to be celebrated.
The winner of this years – BJN Nutrition Nurse of the Year Award was
University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust.
Second place: Linda Ditchburn and Wendy Lanham, Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
Third place: Mahmoud Al-Kalaldeh, Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, Amman-Jordan
